One of the best games i've ever played.
The bosses, the character development, the story, everything.... I wish i can play it for the first time again, i miss it already. That's how good it is.
I wish i can play all the yakuza games for the first time again- they really changed me.

Rachel is the best girl ever, you can't change my mind.
She wanted to be free, she tried to be free, she was confident, it's just that her fate was not very ''beautiful''. It's rather tragic that a character like this ended like this. : //

Even if it's trippy, if you think about it, there is a ''deep'' story behind the game.
The soundtrack is good too, trippy as always, overall, it's not for everyone, you have to be patient to play it, but honestly, i love it!
The weirdness is it's charm.

2021

One of the best games i've ever played.
I love it, honestly, when i first played it i was super scared of some of the designs. Well, it came out 2011 and i was quite young then, so i guess this is a reason too.
But as i replay it everytime i could understand the story of Alice more and more, and it gets more enjoyable everytime.
Can't wait for Alice: Madness Returns 2!!!

Kiryu-chan!!!
I just love Majima so much! He inspires me so much, haha.

About the actual plot tho, have you ever felt like someone is better than you? Like everyone are just constantly comparing you to other people, or just one person, everyday?
Have you ever felt like rage is the only option in this kind of situation? Like only if you show that you are stronger it might make you feel better...
That's why i love Nishikiyama Akira, that's why i love his character, that's why i think that he deserved better... Did he deserve redemption arc? Possibly... but, i would say- it's better this way. His ending was one of the best character development in the whole game, and i think that it was right. Just like many characters in the series that i won't mention because of spoilers (well, this whole review is full with spoilers, but you know, just in case).
About the combat, it could be better, but i think it was bearable, it was not like in Yakuza 3 lmao.
I completely loved the ''Majima Everywhere'' thingie, i loved his character here- too. I was so happy to see Majima all happy and energetic after Yakuza 0- after his sad backstory.
Absolutely love this game!

2019

Honestly, i liked it.
It's quite simple, yet has some good scares and all, but, it's getting boring at the 4th chapter or something like this.
The ending wasn't really worth it, even if it was an open ending, since i was like doing it 10 minutes just for nothing, LIKE, HOW WOULD I KNOW THIS MF LAMP GUY WOULD THROW AT ME THINGS THAT I GOTTA WALK ON.
Okay, okay, enough negative things- now, i love the story behind it, a young fella knowing that he is in a dream but can't get out of it, i love the gameplay in it, the controls are something that i am not really used to, but it was fun.
The sound effects were really, really good, i loved everytime when i press space so i can walk on the walls and shit, so it can make this bass effeft, it's cool.
The creatures are nice- it would've been cool if they added in every chapter a different one, but i think there were only like 3-4 or something.

Let me tell you, i was scared, because of the tense music, the whole color gamma of the game, and because of our character's breathing, especially, like, you don't know what's gonna happen, what's going to pop up and what's in the hallways or behind the walls >..>
The puzzles are super nice, tense, and cool, not very hard, not super easy. Loved it!

This game is so interesting if you think about what all the characters go through!
At first, when the game tells you to go on the path, you go there, but it tells you that you failed? Why so?
Because, when you go to the woods, you choose to face your own wolves. That's why i love this game- it shows us what kind of frustriations the character are going through while growing up- and when they are all grown-up ( just like Scarlet, that is a mature woman who can't live her life the way she wants, because she feels like a puppet on strings, just like the game shows us)
There are no jumpscares, but there is definetly an odd and eerie atmosphere that always makes us somewhat umcomfortable.
The soundtrack is fire!
This is definetly a really abstract game, and it's not for everyone, especially the quality and the controls of the game. But, i really loved it! :D

I am not sure why I played the whole game, but the minigames were actually cachy ;00

Honestly, the designs of the women were actually pretty good.
I didn't like the protagonist- super clingy and pushy, like you can tell that he is an ''anti-hero'' even from the farting at all pls

Ooh my god, this game is so good i haven't even slept a whole night even tho i'm sick

The design is amazing, the story is amazing... the characters, could be better but i think they are somehow very realistic, especially the main character ;D.
I had to play the game on easy mode at times because IT WAS ROUGH.
Awesome game, super underrated. ;D

I just replayed this game.
I talked with everyone, i took all the photos i can take, investigated everything, and this game is really just so uniquie.
The only thing that connects everyone in Blackwell is their love to Rachel, which is really sad. Everytime you talk to someone about Rachel, they tell you that she was just... amazing. Outstanding, that everyone are the nerds when they stand next to her. I miss her so much ;((.

There are really good movie references in this game, too, that i didn't saw before. Like the ''redrum'' plate on room 217, reference to ''The Shining'' which is super cool :DD.
The music is amazing. The characters are amazing.
Oh how i wish to have a friend like Chloe to just conquer the world together!!

When i learned that the Doe is actually Rachel trying to guide Max, man, i was on my tears T_T STILL AM.

True masterpiece <3 i want to play more games with this vibe T_T

This game is really, really interesting!
I loved the experience.
Probably one of the best interactive horror games out there(well, of course, there is Until Dawn, and many, many other games, but still).
I loved the design of the creatures, the characters were really interesting (Ryan, Laura, Emma and Travis appreciator here), i managed to save every character that was playable, PLUS TRAVIS, NEVER FORGET MY BOI TRAVIS.
Super cool chase scenes, especially Emma's one, it was actually badass, i love her sm

Anyway, overall, a really good experience, for me.

Don't get me wrong with the rating- i love the Coraline movie, and the book.
I've always been a fan of them, since i am a little kid, the book and the movie scared me shitless, but damn, this game is really, really awful.
It's really not my style. The childish, unbearable minigames just weren't my thing.
It just didn't gave me the dreamy, eerie vibe that the movie gave me, but more of a child-game vibe, that doesn't have any meaning at all.
The music was really, really nothing much. It was not like in the movie- representing a character, take Mister Bobinsky for an example- his song represents him perfectly. Weird. Smelly(of cheese in particular, lmao, i don't know just by his theme song you can be like ''oh damn, this guy for sure stinks)
In the game it seemed like they just putted some goofy ass music that wasn't even loud enough to set the vibe.
I liked the quality of the game, i don't know what it is about Playstation 2 games or old games and all, but i always loved it ; o

Plus, who the hell thoughts it's okay for the characters of the game to make the turorials and shit while looking at you in the eyes and slightly moving their lips like ;0
Like:
The mother: Coraline, i am really, really busy right now! says with irrated voice
her 1 minute after she said that: explains a whole ass tutorial on which control you should use to pick up some boxes and go on top of them

(i played it on emulator, with keyboard settings. Yep, unbearable.)

Okay, i never thought this game would turn out this way.
This was such a beautiful, emotional and scary experience for me.
Amazing puzzles, amazing story- it shows perfectly the feeling of regret and guilt, and i never thought that it would end like this.
Unfortunately, i got the bad ending, which left me super suprised, but, i saw the good one on youtube and it got me quite emotional not gonna lie.

Really beautiful and unsettling game. It actually spooked me at times, lol

Honestly, a really good game.
This is my second time playing it. The first time, well, i wasn't investigating much or doing anything in general, so my ending was pretty rough (no one almost stepped for me), but now that i have played it again, almost everyone except 2 people stepped for me!

What I am missing in those games is the ''artsy'' vibe, like, in the other Life is Strange games the main characters had journals, with cool stuff in it that shows us what the main character really feels and can do, but i think it was kind of dry in this game... (although i appreciate how in the journal you can see that Chen really loves music! : D).
I loved in the previous game how it was FULL with movie/other games references, like, in the other LiS games you could see what movies the characters are into, what games, and etc, and here... there were just some mentioned, and yet it felt kind of offputted in my opinion, of course T_T

The game suceeded in making me emotional, even from the start. The atmosphere is so... relaxing and nostalgic.
I started playing it at 7AM, and now, at 9 PM i finished it, and i just started the Steph DLC, because i just LOVE HER, wish we could see more of Ryan too, tho, he was definetly interesting.
The voice acting was amazing, the music was amazing, the characters- too. I felt bad for most of them, i wasn't even mad when they did something against me, i was just like ''Oh, okay, i understand, you are going through a lot'' ;-;

Justice is where humanity is :D
(also me and who (i picked steph lmao) )
