As the first game that Capcom ever made, it's a pretty good start, but on its own, it is the most average space shooter that I have ever played. You fly around, shooting enemies with regular shots and bomb shots, and that is about it. There isn't too much to make it stand out amongst all of the other ones out there, aside from how you move around, so it is really forgettable at the end of the day.
