The best RPG ever made.

This masterpiece almost doesn't have any flaws. BUT! They're easily fixable using mods!
After completely removing obnoxious mechanics such as grind or timegate, the game becomes so enjoyable, that you won't need any other games for countless hours.

And what makes Terraria miles better than Minecraft is that it actually has content, and it is, once again, enjoyable even without any extra huge content mods.

Like, there's A LOT of content. Instead of an infinite world (quantity), you get tons of quality content.
And some of the most memorable boss fights ever. (Especially modded)

I can't say better than the Cookie Clicker creator, so there's an Interesting Read: https://twitter.com/Orteil42/status/1448805179063681032

Even though it's one of the best-selling games ever made, only a few people in my life actually heard about it before I showed it to them.

Oh, yeah, you can build here too. But whatever.

Dropped after a week, but the game's pretty nice.

Some gals look like they were drawn using outdated Stable Diffusion models, while others look very pretty.

Voice acting is good, no character was annoying.

Characters themselves are pretty charming.

The story... exists. If you read it carefully, it can make you chuckle here and there, although the world is actually quite dark and depressing.

Gacha system is better than Genshin's (as if making it better is difficult lmao)

BUT

The progress stops being rapid after playing for 3-4 days, then you are forced to login every 12hrs to empty the reward jar.
And as if that's not enough, you can only decently upgrade one character (out of 5) per 24 hours.

Also bugs. A LOT of them.

I understand that it's an "Idle Game", but Cookie Clicker managed to make your entire playthrough engaging without forcing you to do dailies or any of this junk.

Anyways, I had a lot of fun reading the game's wiki, tier lists, guides, forum discussions, and all that.

1.5k hours in, been playing since summer 2018, and quitting it was one of my best decisions ever.
FOMO, Battle Passes, "Game as a Job", Paid Cosmetics. You know it.
When the game forces you to play it just to make the BP "pay off", it's never a good sign.

I wish I could say something that wasn't said before, but simply put - the game isn't fun. And it never was.

Although the artists behind this game are one of the most talented people in the industry. It's actually sad that if you're an exceptional professional, your only option for a high-paying job is to be a slave for either Disney or Epic.

"First - you are born to showcase UE5 revolutionary technologies. Second - you become a Fortnite skin. Third - death."

THE dictionary definition of "Game as a Job".

I started playing since day 1, stopped right before 3.0 update, and finally uninstalled it the very moment 4.0 released.
This was one of the best decisions I've ever done related to games

I could go on and on about Genshin's countless game-related mistakes, but I guess everyone already knows what they're about.

There's only 1.5 good things about it:

1 - Character Design. It's wonderful (aka extremely marketable, which is a good thing). Some of them even have memorable personalities.
Also, I immediately fell in love with Zhongli's voice, and after that, hearing Keith Silverstein's exact same voice in other games feels weird,

2 - Developer's stance regarding merch, fanart, etc.
You can freely make and sell whatever you want with their characters (posters, statues, acrylic stands, plushies, etc.)
This is a win-win situation for both artists and the marketing team.

But nonetheless, please, don't play it. The game's great at many things, except being an actually good/enjoyable game.

Wonderful Zelda-wannabe (apparently), that aged like a fine wine.
Even after 20+ years, it's still very fun to play.

Also, after finishing the game you are completely morally allowed to turn on the Debug Console, and do A LOT of fun things. Such as:
1 - Giving yourself a Sword that evaporates everything, from candles to Dumbledore.
2 - Playing a completely finished level that's unavailable in a normal playthrough.
3 - Become any character, from gnome to Basilisk. Or Goyle, wielding the aforementioned Sword of Gryffindor

Anyways, the game's quite easy, so it's a must-play for everyone

I WANT to love this game, but it's just not fun at all.
The character creation is wonderful. Especially with mods

Apotheosis of gaming.

This masterpiece easily reached the top of my "The Greatest Game of All Time" list among with such titans like Borderlands 2, Terraria and Cuphead.

Never have I played a game where I liked EVERY character.

The only negative thing I can say is that the game didn't have an infinite budget (and time). Imagine if everything that the devs wanted to implement was here. Imagine if it was released on PC, with (at least) FE Engage's graphics quality.

Even after multiple playthroughs, the Monastery's theme makes me very joyous, because I'm finally returning back home.

It's story feels like a very simple fairy tale that you forget after waking up.
Gameplay and graphics on the other hand are top-notch!
