Labyrinth of Touhou is pretty great! It actually has one of my favorite ways of handling encounters in a dungeon crawler/RPG too in general. The first one is a bit rough and can be hard to get working on modern systems, but you don't need too much context with the plot to jump towards 2, which is also a lot more polished overall. But both are worth playing still.
