used to play this on my dads Atari. The game is kinda bad but it conjures some good memories.

How can a game be so good and so bad at the same time.
Still loved it.
The boss battles are hype as shit!

played this with my mum on her iPad.
We were both ass.

A step down from Biohazard in terms of storytelling, horror, atmosphere, consistency, quality and focus.
However, Resident Evil Village is a worthy addition to the survival horror series.
The first 2/3 of the game, compromising Lady Dimitrescu's mansion and the bug lady's crib (forgot name), are amazing in just about every way. Exploring the Village is an absolute joy, and the sections involving countless mobs are incredibly intense.
It is clear that less thought, time and focus went into the later parts of the game.
Moreau's section feels like an uninspired afterthought, and Heisenburg's part felt rushed, culminating in an excruciatingly painful boss fight with the helicopter dude.
My game glitched out in this part, he took 30 mins to kill without me even dying once. Honestly, that really did a number on me, and Heisenburg's dull boss fight did nothing to remedy this.
Honestly, this game could have been so much better, but as is, it is still a fun time.

Resident Evil 4 is fun, but overrated.
