Basically everything I’ve ever wanted from a smooth moves sequel. Jimmy T’s boss microgame can eat a a whole garlic clove though
Surprising amount of musical themed levels in this one. The children yearn for Rhythm Heaven to come back.

It’s actually impressive that they spent a whole year worth of delays and no updates to the beta, to “finalize” the game with all these promises and fixes, and at launch it STILL feels like it’s an open beta. This straight up feels unfinished compared to any other smash-like game, in content, in presentation, in budget, everything.
Makes me wonder how many more “hype/meme” characters can they announce until the core demographic stops applauding and starts asking why this game took so long to be developed, when nothing has really changed from the beta two years ago.

Not too long ago, people have shown complete revolt against AI being used in videogames, as it discredits actual artists and even replaces them for the sake of saving money. Now it’s suddenly cool because those artists made games they didn’t like.
