I seem to be in the minority that truly loved Ghostwire Tokyo. I thought the main game was a lot of fun. I genuinely enjoyed getting 100% and the platinum trophy in the main game. I was excited when they announced new content. Unfortunately, after 10+ hours of playing, I'm just not enjoying this gauntlet style gameplay mode. I'll admit I play games to have fun and overcome enjoyable challenges, not to pull my hair out in frustration. I don't get into Souls-like games because I just don't find them enjoyable experiences. And while this game mode is not to the same level as a Souls game, it did center on a lot of the qualities that make those games unappealing to me.

I'll probably pick it up and play it a little here and there, but I doubt I'll ever bother finishing Spider's Thread. Despite that, I do still hope for a proper sequel to Ghostwire Tokyo.

People really enjoy hating on this game, but I genuinely loved it. Sure, it's a bit repetitive at times, but literally every single video game is repetitive, so that was never a valid criticism to me. It had a great atmosphere, excellent music, fun combat, and an enjoyable world to explore. The story could have used some more depth, but that didn't take away from my personal enjoyment of the game. I genuinely hope for a sequel.

It's a cute, fun 2D Zelda game. It has some interesting mechanics and puzzle solving. It has enough of a story to keep the pace up. It's not reinventing the Zelda series, but it is yet another strong entry in the franchise.

I'd actually be on board for a Link's Awakening style remake of this game.

I would honestly say at this point that this is one of my favorite games of the past 10 years. I bought it on the Switch not knowing what it was. Before I knew it, 80+ hours of exciting, enthralling, enjoyable game play had flown by. When Bad Seed was released, I finally decided to get it on PC and start over brand new. And I'm honestly enjoying it just as much as the first time I played.

I'm not usually a fan of roguelike games, but I am a big fan of Metroidvania style games. Dead Cells has enough of both to make it feel fresh and original, yet also familiar and welcoming. The artwork and animation are beautiful. The color palette and backgrounds give the player a great sense of depth for the 2D space. The music sets the mood of every level. I find myself listening to Yoann Laulan's soundtrack often.

The level designs are beautiful and immersive. The levels are challenging without being frustrating. The random generation of the levels makes exploring fun every time; even the first level, the Prisoners’ Quarters, is still fun to explore after playing through it multiple hundreds of times. The enemy designs are diverse and exciting. They look great. They have interesting mechanics to learn. The constant updates really keep the game fresh, too.

I could probably talk about how much I love Dead Cells for hours. For now, I’ll just say: Give it a shot. Dead Cells is a beautiful, immersive, evolving game with a gorgeous soundtrack. It has MANY hours of enjoyable gameplay packed into it. I cannot recommend Dead Cells enough!

Also worth noting that every single DLC pack has been worth the price. The new levels, new enemies, and new bosses add a great deal of replay value.
