Man I love having to cover a super-long and distance with no food, unprecise controls, dangerous ennemies and a time limit.

I really love some elements of this game, and I get why so many people love it : the environments are gorgeous, the atmosphere on point, and the concept of a "metroidvania" with a living ecosystem where you play as your own part of the food chain is simply brilliant.
Unfortunately the frustrating controls, inherent unfairness and obscure mechanics all combined prevent me from appreciating this game as much as I'd like to, and that second trip to the Shaded Citadel was the last straw (pretty huge straw I must admit).

I'd still recommand it if it looks interesting to you but it truely saddens me that it wasn't for me.

They gave Pichu a ukelele. That's good enough for me.

This is a game for 4 year olds so I can't really criticize it - the artstyle is cute, and it plays smoothly. You complete little minigames to unlock and hatch eggs, in order to unlock new Pokémon to play with in a playground minigame. The dialogue for egg hatching takes far too long, but I have no other real criticisms except that I found this pretty boring. There was voice-acting and a pretty diverse range of 52 Pokémon (Zygarde Core was an odd pick.).

This is a kids game - don't expect anything more.

The most intentionally jankiest game executed to perfection, matching the unrelenting and uncompromising energy of Ren & Stimpy/Earthworm Jim with a soundtrack straight from the Amiga 32CD (but good).

Complete fucking insanity. All hail Peppino.
