Another favorite. Pizza Tower is clearly oozing with love anywhere you look. Even the simple act of running, it's clear to tell just how much care was put into every aspect, especially its art and music. Even the bad stages could still be the best in another game, only ever lacking a slight edge at their absolute worst.
Despite some hangups, very rewarding to gun for every P rank, with a moveset that I never got tired of.
If it weren't already a 5, the Noise Update would take it there, with a whole new character, familiar, but unique. A few awkward patches in some secrets with the difference in movesets, but nothing debilitating. Incredible game, and I hope the team goes on to make more just like it.
