In areas like the graphics and music, it's pretty much like the first game, colourful and charming.
For the most part, it felt easier than the first game, which also makes it more accessible. Though the last 2 stages can be quite brutal and felt more diffucult than anything in the last game.
While I didn't play co-op, from what I saw, it's a big downgrade from the first game, which is a shame.
An overall solid game, though also disappointing in certain areas.
