It was an "ok" story line, but a little predictable. I still had fun with all of it. When Aerith was killed, I saw red and wanted to murder everything in the game. Music was 10/10. I do love coming back to this game from time to time as it is packed full of things to do.
This is by far one my favorite "cozy" games. I think I have cleared the game on just about every variation of party setup.
One of the best MMO's I have played in my life. Had an absolute blast playing this with friends during its peak years back in 2002-2008. I still casually play and enjoy every minute. Chains of Promathia is one of my Top 3 story lines for all of Final Fantasy series.
