Benimaru is such a fucking crazy character to play as

Didn't enjoy it as much as the first DaH, but then again I felt the same with the originals as a kid. Story missions feel a lot more boring and there was a lot more annoying missions (looking at you escort/protect Natalya and Kojira fight)

Also I just enjoyed that the first one had a lot more Crypto & Pox back and forth and I miss Crypto 137's unbridled rage against humanity rather than 138's slightly more forgiving nature.

All that said though I do hope Path of the Furon gets a remake and who knows maybe a new story.

The PC needs more Katamari love. Inject it and it's soundtracks right into my veins.

Much like the first one it's a powerhouse that brought me back to my youth playing PS1 and PS2 Spider-Man games. Surprisingly content rich despite not being a full fledged sequel. Webswinging is somehow even better and the combat flows better... And no Screwball so that's a bonus too!

It's always great to get more games that are Christmas-y without being about Christmas... This, Max Payne 1+2 and uhh...uhhh...

I remember seeing this back when it came out and it blew my mind how much of a graphical leap it was from anything I'd ever seen at the time. Soundtrack has some of the best in the entire long running franchise. Fuck the cloister trials though.

Didn't think I could love it even more than the first Katamari but here we are.

A huge love letter to the franchise and one of the most visually stunning fighting games I've ever played or seen.

Started playing a few days before Kevin Conroy passed so by the end of the game it was a very bittersweet experience. Combat felt not as fluid as it did back in the day before the sequels ironed out a lot of the kinks but that atmosphere is unmatched. Scarecrows segments are right out of a Kojima game. Just as much fun as it was back in 2009 even with all the aged parts.

One of my favourite racing games of all time. Sound design is pure music to my ears, quite a good amount of content (with the dlc), unforgiving and completely playable on a controller. It genuinely becomes a horror game when you're doing a night stage and your headlights keep failing.

Doesn't quite hit the marks of a good Yakuza game but thats fine, it's a different vibe. Really interesting story and characters but it comes with some gripes. Keihin Gang encounter rates are incredibly frustrating after awhile and whilst I was liking the Mortal Wound system at first... it started to be more tedious (also expensive) and made fights a little more annoying rather than add strategy like I was hoping. Still though it's worth playing and I've heard the sequel fixes alot of stuff.

Some people have their own set thoughts on what a Need For Speed game should give you. For me it's being able to take a starter car all the way till the final race, in my case it was a Civic... which I tacked a bunch of shit on. Whilst I wouldn't want it in most Need For Speed games but the fact you can only have one car at any given time makes you feel really attached to the car you drive.

Pros:
+ One of the best senses of speed in a racing game
+ Amazing Atmosphere and Legendary Soundtrack
+ Good Length and Replay Value
+ All time classic of the genre
Cons:
- Absolutely Unforgiving AI Rubberbanding
- In true early 2000s tuning culture most visual upgrades look horrendous and tacky
- Traffic AI can be absolutely brain dead, most noticeable in the drag races where you dont have full control of your car

Metal Slug 2 but bigger & better

Started off promising minus the awful speedcard upgrade system, over the time the handling feels worse, characters grate and the game commits multiple racing game sins. A sin that comes to mind is having a drag race with multiple sharp and windy turns more suited to a drift event.

Decent snowboarding sandbox and quite a suprisingly entertaining mission mode.

Bit of a dissapointing ending but definately a memorable experience.
