This is a totally broken game that somehow takes everything Drakengard, Drakengard 2 and NieR did and makes it worse. Has bugs and extremely poor design decisions. Story, subtext, lore and sometimes the characters save it and make it a pretty amazing art piece of a game, though... I guess... (DrakeNieR has taken me hostage)
The story and characters are so amazing they carry this game to masterpiece status for me despite its flaws in gameplay.
Having said that, I have grinded in this game several times, sometimes because I liked seeing the stats reach a particular threshold and now because I'm getting a save file ready for a friend that missed an important item and I just gotta say DON'T GRIND, IT'S A PISS EASY BRAINDEAD GAME, IT'S NOT WORTH THE LOSS OF THE SANITY.
