So I didn’t personally play the game, I watched Jacksepticeye’s playthrough on YouTube, so some of this is my opinion and some of Séan’s. The game looks amazing with great reflections but a point Séan made that I agree with is that it’s very unrealistic how everything in the world is wet, I know the game developers are just trying to show off the engine but it’s starting to get on my nerves how every game world now days is just always wet. The controls also look annoying on how sometimes you need to do something and have to press X but to jump up on things is also X so that become quickly irritating. I also was not a fan of the ending, I do not like games that make me come up with my own interpretation of the ending, you work so hard to get to the end for it to not show you the outside and just ends on a cutscene of the cat walking into the light. All that aside, (except for the end) the story is very interesting and besides from everything always being wet, it did look very beautiful. My favorite feature had to be the bucket zip lines, it’s a great way to get around and to show off your sopping wet world ;).
