Story wise it needs a little work, but aside from that the game is marvelous in all other areas. It's simply amazing how much you can customize the skills, even though you can probably get by without fully using this option.

Personally speaking, if the game made it easier to boost the friendship points (by the end of the game there are too many recruitment units) and also used the fighting sprites for the little friendship scenes (rather that the chibis from the overworld map), I would consider giving it 5 points, even if the story stayed the same.

Not really my thing, I know this kind of game can be slow, but the fact that they force you to sit throught the explanation of everything you already know everytime a chapter ends is really annoying.

Dropped it in chapter two because I found it a little uncomfortable that the game makes you kill three people whose crime is to murder another murderer, even though that is what the main character is always doing.

Game-play and story wise the game was great, but I really wish the dungeons had a little more variety (having played this soon after Refrain only made it worse)

That said, it was lots of fun and just like in the prequel I ended growing fond of the main characters.
