Going into this after Silent Hill 2 made it come with expectations that came from how great 2 is. Upon sitting down and playing this, it quickly became my favorite in the genre! I love the setting, the soundtrack, the protag, the characters, the world, the gameplay I love it all! While the plot may not be as emotionally deep and complex as the 2nd game, it's still fun enough to be an enjoyable ride, taking what worked in the first games plot and better expanding upon those aspects! Heather is a treat in every scene she's in, and I found it hard to put this game down! This is something I for sure plan to revisit over and over! A must play if you're into the survival horror genre!
