What have we done wrong as a community to always expect a reward for everything we do?
Listen, I've read lots of people complaining about how pointless this game is and how it doesn't really do anything for you to keep playing. You plant seeds in order to grow Pikmin, then feed them. Those Pikmin will leave a trail of flowers behind you when you go for a walk. That's it.
But Pikmin Bloom is not a game about taking advantage of pikmins or about making your walks more exciting. Pikmin Bloom's sole purpose is to fill the world with flowers. Together, as a community. Whether you want to participate or not is up to you. If that's not one of the most beautiful things to ever happen in videogame history then I don't know what is.

Far too difficult and mean spirited at times for it's own good. This game is really only for people who revel in pain. Anyone wanting anything approaching fun though? You're better off elsewhere.
Trying to beat this game is a breeze until you get to that chicken, where you need to press your buttons with the worst timing cause for some reason it'll never hit if you play it right.
It probably has missteps here and there but it's impossible to not fall in love with the Saturn-ness of it all and its incredible, ultra-charmingly dated sci-fi setup. We should still get games that look, sound, and act just like this.

The first third of the game is amazing, but I couldn't care less about the ARG or the rest of the game. If the game gets an expanded / endless Act I patch, this is easily a 4 - 4.5 game, but I'm very disappointed with the game as it stands right now.

Very cute and surprisingly fun Crush Roller-like game with mild RPG elements, although the level reuse towards the end and limited continues annoy me. It's relatively short, at least.
