RPGs where I use everyone

This is narrowed down by (a) a roster that exceeds the party limit (b) non-forced useage, for example, I would use all of the character options, and not just because the party has been reduced to use a certain party member.

Note: Monster Collectors are worthy suggestions for the list but I'll keep them off for the flexability being their goal

The fatigue system made it so that I would swap out parties during the exploration of Tarturus. Maybe not something everyone will enjoy planning in advance my possible parties during a treck through tarturus was an extra touch I enjoyed as I grew closer to the group

Free Switching + the effectiveness of probing weaknesses made it an easy choice to switch around, with Khimari as utility. After knowing the game, Khimari is a fun character to use to mess with the sphere grid.

Every character fits a niche, and allowing you to freely select your team before the fight initiates allows for minor adjustments depending on the enemy (hard mode makes this feel particularly useful)
