utterly stomps the shit out of its predecessor in every regard. way better missions, music and narrative. definitely starts with its weaker leg forward, but those last two endings - the fucking audacity of this game - it's unreal
unfortunately the localization is a bit muddy, but that's true of 4 as well. voice acting's still top notch but you might need to look at a wiki to grasp some of the character motivations and other behind-the-scenes stuff. not a big deal, but worth noting nonetheless
by the way: zinaida was still harder than that one mission - even on hard. if you've played it, you know the one

Gameplay wise I think for answer is a FAR FAR BETTER game. But I'm in love with 4's behind the scenes story and It's characters. I vibe more with the 4 more than I vibe with FA, yeah gunning down cradles was shocking but none of the missions felt like "seed a barren earth"
Also, Anatolia is literally Turkey and this is one of the reasons why I'm biased towards 4. It's accurate to the foreign politics of Turkey with some minor differences.
Oh also, translation of the 4 is AWFUL. For Answer is somewhat better but 4 is full of mistranslated lines

@edin i'm much more fond of the traditional "work for soulless corps and choose a path" AC structure than anything 4 does honestly. seed a barren earth is great and all, but i needed more than like, two brief appearances to feel anything more than "that's neat" about white glint. in fact, i think FA does more for him than 4 even does solely via the character's background information
i do find it disappointing that he goes down like nothing though. anatolia's merc deserved better than a scripted mission death
