I decided if I’m going to play the series, I gotta play everything. Keep in mind, every single human being said skip DMC2 but I couldn’t, gotta be a real one and play it. THIS GOTTA BE THE MOST POINTLESS ACTION GAME I PLAYED. I didn’t do anything, I was playing a third person shooter cause the guns and throwing knives are so op. I barely used combat because it ain’t hit stun none of these enemies. Most of the boss fights, I swear they didn’t play test them but I was standing still while this big zombie helicopter and ball chain dude was enjoying the view.

The improvements from the first one is the switching between projectiles and guns, it can make a huge diversity for comboing but there’s none, no new moves to buy or I didn’t understand the direction inputting or whatever they say the combo system is.

Also, Lucia is a great character, I wish they would reboot her in modern DMC, because she has a amazing design for her DT and she all ninja like with the throwing knives. Sheesh, they gotta bring her back.

The story was non existent I think they said like 2 words and that’s it. I think I was texting the whole time while playing this game. But on the real note, the battle themes go dummy.
