Very cool homebrew for the NES. A nice balance of Joust game play with a Mega Man-like level design. Would highly recommend this game.

One of my all time favorite games as a kid growing up. I've always had a love for the old 8-bit Mega Mans.

The game tries to be a TwinBee clone. The Easy Mode of the game is pretty enjoyable, but the music does get tired-some. Hard Mode, things are just faster.

The game is incredibly slow and really doesn't let you paly the game. I understand it's meant for children - but 15 years prior The Little Mermaid on NES/Game Boy existed.. haha

It does do well to stick to the movie script.

Really fun and short game, but lacks a lot of level design and actual game play. Seems more like a demo than a real game.

The first Kirby game of the franchise - very basic with no copy abilities. 2 modes of difficulty, both fun and slightly different experiences with slightly different endings.

Amazing Noir-Styled homebrew for the Game Boy.

2020

This game is interesting, but the controls are almost too responsive (if that makes sense). Understanding the momentum for moving can take a bit to understand and sometimes the background makes you think it's an obstacle which leads to a death.

I had the privilege of playing this on an actual Game Boy Color - for what the game is, it's actually quite fun but the star of the show is the music. The music is absolutely AMAZING.

Starts off with a nice surprise. Expecting a full on DDR clone, actually has some Game Play too it. However the game does over stay it's welcome very quickly with constant interruptions during the levels

Overall the game is a pleasant change of pace compared to the last 3 recent titles in the Series. It definitely takes a step back with some feel of Assassin's Creed 1, in simplifying complicated or beyond needed systems like in Valhalla and Odyssey.

My biggest complaint of the game is the Combat System - I feel they took a lot of the 'fun' factor away when going into Open Combat into the game and heavily relied on the player to memorize attack/movement patterns and precision parrying. Expect to take a lot of damage or deaths in Open Combat in this game - potions are not plentiful.

They also removed some of the Quality of Life (QoL) aspects of the World Map, not being able to add travel markers on mission objectives and having to track missions in a completely different window is annoying and keeps much to be desired.

The story and non-combat game play was very well done and I think using this as a new catalyst for the path forward with the series is a good move - because the previous games were too big, this game felt like a great length with the perfect amount of exploring and collecting.

Brand new take on the franchise, that fell short of awesome. The story tries to tie in from Stick of Truth and Fractured But Whole - but the dialogue and game play falls well short of the goal with a tedious and boring combat system and repetitive voice lines - they should have stuck with what worked.

For what it is... a CHILDS video game that is Fisher Price, it's kind of fun. If you have the slightest imagination you can make some fun stories out of it.

This is a game you play alone or with a friend, not with the computer. Again knowing this game was for a very young audience it's not terrible at trying to teach pattern recognition - but its slow-pace would never keep my attention at the intended age.

Of the 3 Fisher-Price NES games, this is by far the worst of them. Go buy matching cards - that's more fun...
