I kinda regret selling my PS4 version and getting the Switch version. The back half of this game has been very poorly optimized. The Mementos are especially bad with sub 20 FPS at times. 81 hours in though, no switching now.

Just sent the calling card for the Space Station palace! My social stats are pretty close to max and I have several confidants maxed, so I feel like I'm reaching the endgame soon.

Speaking of confidants, what happened to Maruki's ex kinda hit me hard.

Kinda got burnt out on this game last week but I'm getting back into it now. Just started the "Space Ship" Palace, and THIS MUSIC WHIPS! So good.

Decided to date Takemi and IMMEDIATELY felt gross so I reloaded my save and dated no one. 🤣

Summer break is over 😭.

Tae Takemi wants to know how I feel about her, and now I'm paralyzed on how to move forward. Do I:

a) Date someone age appropriate for Ren Amamiya? Or,
b) Date someone age appropriate for myself?

I feel like B is wayyy more comfortable to me. Sure, the ethics of Takemi dating Ren isn't great, but Ren is such a thin proxy character to the player that I think the "correct" play is to date an adult. AKA, a character close to the age of the player.

Either way, probably gonna get canceled. 💀

Futaba coming out of her shell is a really charming storyline. Really makes me appreciate Sojiro as a character as well.

I'm getting some massive summer break nostalgia with the, well, summer break portion of P5R. I love that my friends text me that they're swinging by the next day and we can just chill, watch DVDs, then drink coffee after.

Remember having friends? Good times.

Finished the Pyramid Palace. I'm not sure how I feel about it yet: As far as story goes it is my favorite so far. However, the level design was probably my least favorite so far. Still having a great time with the game though. ✨

Finally past my PS4 playthrough! Huge milestone. Loving the Futaba arc.

For some reason I got the urge to continue my P5R playthrough in the midst of Tears of the Kingdom playthrough. I've made it to the 3rd palace on both PS4 and Switch, but I've since gifted my PS4 copy away. Here goes with the Switch version!

My birthday present to myself is the Switch version of P5R. 🥳

Ended up giving my PS4 copy to my brother, and picked it up for myself again on Switch. Did not finish this play through—stopped just after the third palace (bank).
