I have no idea what to write here. This is probably the best gameplay I've ever seen. I have exactly one complaint, and that is that the sage abilities suck compared to the champions in botw. Turning the sages off genuinely enhances the experience to a perfect degree.
Other than the sages, all the abilities work together perfectly. Fuse makes combat interesting, Ultrahand contraptions are probably my favorite part of the game, and Ascend works perfectly with the new caves. Rewind is the weakest of them, I think I prefer stasis but that's a minor complaint

Best MH since 4U. Insane movement on the hunters, great selection of returning monsters, the new ones are all creative additions. Violet Mizutsune might be my new favorite fight in the entire series. My only complaint is that you can make yourself a bit too strong and trivialize most of the fights, hope they nerf the hunters a bit in the next game.
this is absolutely the worst game in the series but the issues wrap all the way around to being comical. i hate this game i love this game
