Way better combat than 3 but still can be frustrating, especially certain bosses. Love the new characters, most side stuff was good, but other stuff was too tedious for me to want to do. Overally great entry!

Pretty damn solid, character portraits had to grow on me but overall looked nice for pixel game. Bit easy tbh but oh well

Really solid for a small RPG, super unique battle system and alright story. Upgrading and exploring was mad fun.

They actually tried for a sadder story for a Mario RPG. IMO people give this game too much shit, but I liked the gameplay. Different =/= bad!!

Yakuza so it's good, but combat is annoying bc enemies block so damn much. Good story tho

Overhyped imo, skill grid was overwhelming and confusing, was really awkward that Tidus' name is never spoken. Meh

Generational RPG, but inventory system and general dated-ness held it back for me. Also for an RPG, the main party just does not speak after they join your party.

Didn't live up to the hype for me. Errors in the writing which I'm nitpicky about, plus writing in general was kinda lame. Garl is mad annoying. Combat and exploration is pretty good tho, and the boss theme is a BANGER.
