?? really mixed opinions?? i'm not sure where to begin??? i guess this game felt a little less action packed than the first game and considering ryuji's role both as the main antagonist and as sayama's brother was kind of lacking but that might just be me.. my only two complaints would be the last chapter/cutscene/whatever you wanna call it where you had like. 20 twists in 3 minutes?? cause what do you mean terada was behind it (sort of) because he never actually died but then that other prick was behind it and then terada betrayed him and made kiryu think he was gonna die. i was flabbergasted i dont have any other word??? and how sayama was literally thrown away after yk2 like. okay she moved to america and all but you'd think that after what she and kiryu went through together and considering that they KISSED TWICE (thrice if you will????) youd think they would at least try to keep in touch? somehow? orsomething. i dont know man i just barely started yakuza 3 but. damn.

i wasn't sure what to expect when i first played this as the only thing i knew about this was that nishiki dies and the ten years in the joint meme. i was literally devastated when i finished this though, getting the chance to take care of haruka keeps both the player and kiryu on their feet. god

watching a friend of mine play through the game and we got most of the endings out of the way and i have to say it is fantastic. i have to say this game can be quite complicated to get by if you don't know what to do and at times the game feels almost impossible to beat especially when it comes to ending 5. i also feel like the dialogue in certain scenes wasn't really thought out and quite rushed i.e sophie's suicide scene. beyond that i love the gameplay
