i only played this for like half an hour (which is about 1/8th of the game, so not as small of a portion in comparison) but god, everything but the gameplay is magnificent. fantastically weird art style, beautiful music, and a very unique drop of a humor, but i think playing one more janky rpg rn will kill me so im putting this away for now

quite possibly the most immersed i've ever gotten into a video game. i don't think it's possible to stop thinking about hallownest once you start.

during your playthrough of it, night in the woods will make you constantly question your position in many places: your friend circle, your community, and even your world. once you finish, those questions only become foggier. are you a furry yet
