After you rescue miller you find out about paz's second implant and there goes the game, fading in the hospital cutscene.

Don't bother getting this one with the hope of being full of content, although you have some cassets to collect and a hard difficulty but that's about it, if you finished it under 2 hours you can refund it. You better get mgsv definitive edition
