i played apex a lot in season 11/12 but i didn’t have the same interest in playing it in season 13/14. this season however i’ve played so much more and have really enjoyed the game. i’ve been doing ranked mainly which i haven’t done in a while and started using other legends (vantage, fuse, seer) instead of my usual main loba.

the first season since season 7 that has made me love the game again
still deciding whether this deserves 5 stars or 4.5 stars, but what i will say is that this game is very fun. there are times where it feels like there are too many machines when on foot, but the story kept me interested and had a good ending.
as for the frozen wilds dlc (which i completed after i wrote the first part of this review so the date of this review isn’t exactly right) i loved the landscape, and really enjoyed the exploration of hephaestus.

the way this game started i thought it was going to be the best out of the 3 and it turned out to be the worst. i have a headache now

probably the last season i will play for a while. i don’t have anything against the game because i still think it can be enjoyable but i think for me the game has ran its course. i deleted the game recently after about 5 years since i first downloaded it because it was just taking up storage that i can use for other games that i will actually play. maybe i’ll pick it up again in the future but for now i will leave it be.
this is my second time playing this and it holds up well. i do have a few complaints though: the pacing is odd and causes me to lose track of the story a lot, the NPCs really bother me because a lot of them have the same face, the chase sequences are fun the first time but they are very restricting and feel way too scripted, and squeezing through places takes too long.
i do really like the turning point in the story where jonah and lara get attacked on the boat and lara is forced to fight several trinity soldiers without her weapons, up until the iconic moment when she rises from the water with flames behind her and threatens to kill rourke - “you are fucking dead”.
despite the complaints, i still really love this game and it is a fitting finale to such an amazing trilogy.

there hasn’t been as good of a season like this since early chapter 2 and while i don’t expect next season to be as good, i very much enjoyed this one. loved the additions of the mk 7, med mist and sliding, and the web slingers are hands down the best item in the game to date.
i barely even played this season and didn’t even go to the event. the only good thing about this season for me was the scarlet witch skin.

it’s so easy to win on mobile
way better than last season
first battle pass i’ve finished in a while. i didn’t really play that much until the last few weeks but it was decent.
i first started playing in march but i kept getting bored so i stopped for a bit. but the past few days i’ve actually really enjoyed playing it despite me struggling with no ammo half the time. i did not realised i was already at the end when i got there but i’ve just bought part II so i will see how that goes.

i like the whole duo part but the game is objectively not the best. i called the plot twist at the beginning
