God, this game. I didn't actually know how to properly play it until Torna, and it definitely has its problems in its story pacing and cast economy, but I love it all the same. I laughed, I cried, I spent a ridiculous amount of time doing sidequests. I'm a little down on Rex as a protagonist especially compared to Shulk, but I don't hate him. He's just not as good and I kind of wish they made different decisions with him. Pyra, Nia, Gramps, Zeke, Morag, Brigid, and Poppi absolutely rule, though, as do all the villains. Also the soundtrack is absolutely fantastic. I daresay the OST outdoes the first game, and that's no easy feat! It's definitely a recommend from me.
