It looks amazing and it plays really well. These are the only positive things I can say about it. The story and characters feel so incredibly shallow and soulless that the recent AC games look like Witcher 3 in comparison. And also, not every game has to be open world, especially if they're not going to make use of that open world. You just go from point A to point B and do the same things over and over again like 30 times or something. Must've been worth the 6 years of development.

the greatest game I have ever played.

might get a concussion just to play it for the first time again.

Really cool game but has so much downsides.

Atomic Heart is a really good action game with not perfected rpg elements. Combat is really fun but lacks versatility, story is good too but have many points in the game overexplaining things so it gets boring at some point. The best things about this game is Ballerina Twins, Music and the Cutscenes.

Music is especially good in this game and i will listen to it on spotify, but even if it's good you can't really listen to music and indulge in the atmosphere because your glove companion never shuts up, explains every little detail and its irritating.

If you are planning to play, please play in the hardest difficulty. Reason is i played it on normal and just one shotted nearly everything, it was fun but i wish there was more versatility and more skills so i could approach situations differently and use my combos effectively. So maybe on the hardest difficulty you can enjoy but i don't know so i just explain my experience.

As closing remarks i want to say that i really love Atomic Heart and enjoyed so much but i wished there was more. So i want a dlc or a second game and i have full faith that developers can do much, much better than this.

Twins are so hot btw.

How the hell does storytelling with planes is better than most current games?!

more like shattered PCSX2 by requiring 3 different hacks and fixes in order to run and still the mountains would warp around.
that aside, its a short game but everything comes together in a neat way, would definitely even replay it if PCSX2 stopped being so garbage in the next decade or so, maybe.
