A game with many ups and downs, but overall still one of the best MMOs when it comes to respecting the players goals. While RS3 has become infested with microtransactions, there is a simple fix: Ironman Mode.
Ironman on Runescape 3 is the definitive way to play Runescape, and it my opinion is better than Old School Runescape. The amount of content you are able to get combined with the way the game respects your goals and time combined into a wonderful combination where you can easily sink 3000 hours into the game and still come back for more.
(Maxed RS3 HCIM with 3b+ Exp)

Describing League of Legends is a difficult one, as it has evolved so much over the decade plus that it has existed. It's also quite difficult to really capture the range of emotions I've felt while playing the game, from the highest highs of reaching diamond for the first time, to the lowest lows of going on a 20 game loss streak.
After 14,000 hours of the game and over 3000 USD spent I would say that I would have to put this game at 5 Stars for just the amount of fun I've gotten out of it, greatly outweighing any downside it may have.

While usually not someone who plays single player games I decided to pick this one up and what an amazing decision it was. This game has by far the best writing of any game I've ever played and it's not even close. Combine that with the clever skill system and the multiple endings and you've got not only a game that warrants a full playthrough, but multiple.
The biggest problem with this game is that it's unlikely we will ever see another RPG like this in our lifetime and so after playing it you will be filled with unending existential dread.
