Unlike some of the people here I do not think this game is like the worst thing ever created and I went through a honeymoon period of really enjoying myself with it but after taking a while to think of it more objectively its like a 3/5. It is okay. It is not the worst game ever made and it is not the best game ever made either. Story is kinda dumb, game feels completely dry of any human emotion at all (standard for Bethesda since Skyrim), and the exploration definitely can feel a bit underwhelming at times. I played 40 hours on a pirated copy and that was it for me I think... Maybe I will come back to it once there are good mods in a year or two.
