This sums up my feeling about the game.

Immerse yourself in the role of the protagonist more by playing this first before the B/W games. That way you'll have no idea what the characters are talking about "2 years ago" when talking about the last game, just like the protag! That aside, fun game. I want to make an animatic for the Colress boss fight someday.

ALL THE INTERESTS WRAPPED IN ONE!
Amazingly fun game, especially for a april fools game, love it to bits. You get to see more of the conductor and his wife in a brief cameo for the winter comics from IDW. Highly recommend playing it if you're a sonic fan and love the lore.

GRULOVIA GRULOVIA!
In all seriousness, wonderful game about inter generational trauma and healing from it. All the interactions from the characters are great, and Raz is a very charming protagonist as always. Highly recommend playing it!

Very fun Metroidvania styled game! The sprites are so lovingly crafted and it's a very interesting peak into what culminates as the story for Strange Journey. I will take any Jack Bros content. If you're good at these sorts of games it's quick to get through. The music is fun too, a nice improvement from SJ's music.

This definitely started my transgenderism. Very explicit memories of "accidentally" changing my inklings gender to male and not changing it back.
This is from older memories, so take it all with a grain of salt.
Wonderful game with a wonderful, albeit cheesy, story. It sets the foundation from what we expect from the Splatoon series. It's great to see what Nintendo builds off of it and how it's evolved in the Splatoon series we know today. Saltspray rig we'll remember you for the fun squid parties and beacon jumps on that grate.

Ok so, I've only seen playthroughs but I own the game. Please be oh so nice to me.
Anyways, I love this story to bits, the music is wonderful and it's a treat to come back to every November. If you're not able to play the game, watch a longplay of it, it's so worth it.

Ass game, had my cousin do some of the bosses for me lmao

One of many visual novel detective DS games to play around Christmas time. Or after, since it takes place right after it.
Amazing dialogue and story telling, the puzzles are centered around the DS mechanics so while it might be tricky to emulate, if you have a DS it's a real treat. The music here is wonderful and the art style is unique, like it's coming out of the imagination of someone reading a noir mystery novel. While it can get a bit repetitive at times, from going to the phone, to questioning, to investigating, it makes up for the various dialogue trees. Hell, you can get a game over depending on if you show the piece of evidence to the wrong person. Please play it, hell get an actual DS to play it. It'll be worth it.

It's an interesting insight into Barney's events of the Resonance Cascade, but god if those bugs and glitches aren't annoying as hell. A bit on the shorter side of Half Life games, though that's fine. Since enough has been said from the other Half Life games.

Many matches have been played with cousins and siblings a lot, maybe some tears here and there. Very fun, I miss dry bones as a driver every single day. Missions should be a thing again.

2008

Yknow I have a big Bolt toy from a birthday party I barely remember. It's nice, this game is too. If you have a kid with a Bolt hyperfixation, give them this game.

ON GOD???? The story mode is unmatched, maybe the London Olympics up's this but the fun minigames like knuckles boxing minigame is amazing. If only other characters like Rouge were unlockable playable characters. This game made me want to be a figure skater for some time before I figured it wasn't for me,

Like that one reviewer said, it's like a worse Elite Beat Agents. YMCA isn't even in it. What is in it is some interesting Echidna lore, shame it was rushed and involved in one of the biggest lawsuits that cancelled the Archie comics. Have your documents in order kids. Don't be like SEGA and Archie.

This game will make you glad you have a screen protector or wish you had one. I had the most intense fixation on this game in Middle School, I nearly beat all the levels except for the final song on the Hardest mode.
This game is why I had a fun flashback watching Top Gun 2 with my parents, remembering the stupid Let's Dance stage.
Anyways if you like rhythm games and 2000's pop songs, including Duke Nukem references, this one is for you.
