Story was interesting, fun, and short, but the ending felt unsatisfying. Bartending controls took some practice, and the pottery minigame was absurdly hard using a mouse.
I love cyberpunk settings, but I think I prefer Cosmic Wheel Sisterhood more.

Never played the original, but I watched it streamed on Twitch years ago, so this was my first time experiencing the characters and plot for myself.
I've long held that while P5R is my favorite game and P4 has my favorite setting/plot, the characters from Persona 3 are some of the best. As a game so concerned with grief, loss, and death, each member of SEES is fleshed out by their own reactions to the events of the game, particularly when it comes to the deaths that occur either prior to or during the main story. I love the sense of camaraderie that arises from living in a dormitory together. You really feel close, especially at the end.
Since I was familiar with the story, the plot started to drag a bit towards January, but only because I was so anxious to get to the end. Otherwise, great game.
