i'm never going to be normal again

I played over 1600 hours of this game in one year while attending high school. It caused my grades to suffer, me to fail two classes, and to never be able to play this game again. It's perfect.

It's like... fine? Definitely feels like it was designed by committee. The MCU movie of video games. The McDonalds value menu cheeseburger of video games. The Overwatch 2 of video games.

I wish I liked this game more. I wish I could get more into it. I just don't enjoy my time with it. Maybe multiplayer would make it better? Definitely a me thing, not an it thing.

I have always felt as though Life is Strange feels like it is a game made by a bunch of middle-aged, straight French dudes writing about gay American teenagers.

I have always felt that way because that is precisely true of Life is Strange.
