Too little content to justify the number of escape attempts you need to experience the entirety of this game's story.

Hunh? Too little content? The hundreds of boons with unique duos? The aspects that require you to basically beat the game to unlock all of them that change the weapons fundamentally?

I've probably used most of the boons, since I don't seem to be getting any new ones. The handful of duos I've got during my playtime were not that interesting, mostly joining two effects (weak, doom, rapture ...) into a single action ( dash, attack, special ...). If there were any interesting ones, it's a shame I have to rely on RNG to experience something new and exciting. My biggest gripe is that enemy variety has not increased... yet. I like that bosses slightly change their tactics after being defeated once, but it's still too little. I might have not played enough to see the content that I'm looking for, but as things stand I really am not looking forward to doing another run to find out.

The problem with this game is (and I tried to convey this in my review) that if you're progressing too quickly, you're not even going to get to the "fun stuff" in time before beating the game. It takes a long-ass grindy while to unlock (and upgrade) weapon aspects and even be motivated to turn the heat up enough to make runs challenging again. Extreme Measures Hades is a whole other level of a fight, for example.

I can't fault you for your opinion because of that. When I first played it on PC I was literally thinking the same. Only when going specifically for the platinum did I even realize there's more to the game ... And there is still no way around grinding runs :/ Hope they'll handle that better in the sequel.
