i feel like my memories with this one arent as fond as og wii sports but i still think solely based on the amount of games you can play here compared to the original, the memories dont mean shit anymore theres just so much game here

when i didnt bring my ds to grandma's house it was always either this game, flash games, or youtube, and this game took up a very small portion of the pie chart for time spent, but it was a nice little time waster until my mom got off work to pick me up and take me home

one of the all timers of flash it probably isnt as good as i remember but thats ok it still holds a special place in my heart

i feel like this game has been kinda frustrating as far as updates go for me. i remember back when the game first came to steam in fall of 2020 and i had actually finally gotten into this game and had made great memories and pumped a lot of hours into the game up until the point i had to move for the start of college in 2021. from that point on in 2021 though the nail was in the coffin for this game for me. i already kinda had lost any desire for the game by the time i moved even when this was the time when they were adding new characters and they just added storm point (given its one of the worse maps in the game but i didnt know at the time) and i still just didnt care even when new things were being put in. i never really came back except for a few random times over the past couple years just to play for like 5 hours over a week then forget about it and uninstall again a month later. i think after this last time i just uninstalled its probably gonna be the last time i play for a while because my friend was getting so hyped up about the most recent update with the revenant rework and it got me thinking about how maybe there was something new to look forward to with the game when in reality it was just all the same maps with minimal changes to the POIs and the newer maps like storm point and broken moon that i just dont care about because of how boring they are. i feel like theres always this promise of something new getting added into this game every season just for it to feel like once the new update comes out the game just adds minimal change and feels like its just stagnating to the point that nothing feels new anymore, even the content im not as familiar with. i even unboxed heirloom shards before my last time i uninstalled and not even that is enough to get me to want to keep playing. given this is still a 4/5 star review, i still think all that time spent playing this game in late 2020-mid 2021 was well worth it and those are memories i think back on fondly, but ever since then i have just never been able to find that same love for this game because its slowly but surely been losing its luster every time ive come back

i think even though deluxe just has more things in it i still pretty much get the same enjoyment out of it that i did when i used to play vanilla 8

played this back when i pretended to like fire emblem back when it came out and i just remember how miserable the pull rates for 5* units were it was insane. i know they fixed it later on but that was well after i uninstalled it. every once in a while i reinstall the game to get platinum points on mynintendo when i remember that shitty ass club nintendo replacement exists. hate this damn game man its boring and it has the gacha game problem of making all of the units too complicated when you come back to the game 4 years later and their abilities all have a paragraph of text like a yugioh card and it sucks it just sucks hate this damn game man

i wont even lie i havent played all of the boards because i only boot this game up once every few months when my friends wanna play a round of mario party but ive played on most of them. its a great game, the board selection is a little lackluster but i really do love how they brought back minigames from every numbered title in the series and its generally just a safe game to put on if youre hanging out with people and you wanna play a game together

all i remember about this game was the gameplay being so mind numbing and the fact that the singleplayer gameplay was pretty much the exact same for every single character and had the same final boss at the end of each character's story. free beyblade though that was cool

i think beyblade games just kinda sucked during the metal series but i at least remember this game having some semblance of challenge that made me wanna get better at it, but also i was probably just a stupid child that sucked ass at video games and i just wanted the free beyblade that came with the game

i definitely made some of the weirdest and shittiest eshop purchases when i was younger, i dont really even know why i wanted this game so bad but i know it was one of the first eshop games i bought on my wii u. it's fine i guess, i just feel like the pinball in this game feels very limited and not super interesting to play

i think any time i want to play this game i always wanna have a friend to play it with and generally the response is just always like "ok but we have real smash" and like there's kinda a point to that because i just like the official titles more but also i cant help but appreciate a pretty decent smash fangame that has anime characters and other cool stuff in it

i dont know why i bought this as a kid on eshop it just sucks its like the kind of video game they play on like suite life of zack and cody except turned into a real game

pretty much the same as belmonts revenge for me. i think maybe the gameboy just should not have had castlevania games that probably wouldve been cool

i didnt even know this shit existed until last week when i looked at the wikipedia list of castlevania games and im so glad i did because otherwise i would have missed out on this. im glad that they were able to take a game as shitty as the adventure and really polish it and add so much to it to make it a new amazing entry. its pretty fair most of the time, its a lot of fun to play through, you can beat it pretty fast, theres some replay value with the routes you can take on levels with the keys, this game just fucks. all i could think about while playing this is what if we got more castlevanias of this quality to this day with such great spritework and animation

great until i updated my app and now i don't get free weekly puzzles from the archive anymore and the only available crosswords are the daily minis and the 3 free packs of like 10 crosswords
