there is not a single negative thing i can say about this game. the gameplay was fun, the graphics were absolutely stunning (fricking hand drawn--!!), the soundtrack is decent, it got some really nice and very unique pieces and you can play this game for just a couple minutes and still advance the story, since the story is nicely split into bite sized pieces.
and my gods, the story. the game has 13 protagonists, which seems like quite a lot, maybe even too much at first glance, but they are all handled so well. they each got their unique stories and different genres they play in and you easily get attached to them. everyone will have a favourite in this game and most likely your favourite will be natsuno & her little companion! the story is rather complexe and told in such a unique way, making you theorize what is even going on. but it gets explained nicely and makes perfectly sense, with not a single plot hole. there is truely nothing negative that can be said about this game

Much like the yakisoba pan, it might be surprising that a mecha RTS wrapped in a VN works this well. There's a lot of love for science fiction in the story and an impressive amount of thought in keeping it all together. Play this game and be cursed forever to tell everyone you know to play it too.
It is really unfair that they made a game with 13 main characters and then made me like all of them.
I can't believe they made Shibuya from the hit video game NEO: The World Ends With You into a real city.
This is a great hidden gem that Square neglected and forgot about and we will never get a sequel. This game was awesome both story and combat. As good as TWEWY. Music is great. Will get the platinum eventually zeptograms. SO ZETTA SLOW!!!

The story and characters really carry the game, which is sad since there's the potential for a neat combat system here. You explore dungeons from a top-down perspective, but the battles are from a side-scrolling perspective and it plays like an action-RPG , but even on harder difficulties you never need to do more than spam charged attacks to win.
