You know, if this game got a proper remaster (not talking about the glorified ROMs in the Advance Collection) then I could see myself thinking of this as a proper successor to SOTN. It tells a very unique and compelling story, has top notch level design that actually challenged me, and had a very refreshing setting and art direction. All it needs is SOTN level graphics and music and it would be perfect.

I can't believe Konami for preserving these games that are already perfectly fine by emulating them instead of making a lackluster remaster/remake that tampers all over them with no reason than to justify people buying it again. Damn Konami, you don't care about video games!

I'm sorry, that was a bit mean, but I really don't like this idea that rereleases like that are lazy. Do you have any idea how much effort companies like M2 put into making really accurate recreations of these games?
I mean, I'm glad that these ports exist, even if I could get the same thing in like 3 minutes without spending $30 on it.
