Unfortunately, not the best otome game I’ve played. The main problem is the writing. The story is lackluster, and plot-wise, some things were just very odd, which is a shame because the illustrations and voice acting are stellar.
I did really like Kei's route though! I thought he was really sweet.

Felicita actually has dialogue in Arcana Famiglia 2 - the new characters were nice as well. There's also two new mini games that are story-relevant.

A lot of nice features in the original game were removed - game felt very bland.

The story of the cooking battles wasn't the greatest, so I tended to skim it. A lot of grinding is also involved since you need to procure ingredients.

Any otome game player who is a fan of hamefura should get this game. If you haven't watched the anime, go do that now because it's going to make some references of the events that took place in season 1. No need to watch the second season because the game takes place after season 1.
The writing was very good and I felt like I was watching the anime - everyone was generally in character. I was initially worried about the addition of the two new characters, Rozy and Silva, but I ended up loving them (Rozy best boy).
Game has doom endings, good ends, happy ends in addition to memory scenarios (short stories that are voiced).
My only complaint: I felt that some routes were treated better than others, and there was one route where I felt like one of the characters was slightly out of character... but other than that, it was fine.
If your favourite is Geordo (he's my fav), get ready to give him the biggest F in every route other than his own.

Arcana Famiglia is one of my favourite series, but the first game is my least favourite story-wise. It can't be helped because this game is really just meant to worldbuild and give you more context.
The games that follow after are much, much better but you need to play this game to play the rest.
