was my first time playing sky, played time quite a few times (hah) over the years but had never tried this supposedly superior offering

did everything except zero island and getting the last rank, think I'm over this game at this point it's basically just a grindfest now

overall liked it, basically just time/darkness but more, if it wasn't for the special episodes I wouldn't really think the extra content justifies this version however

postgame: shaymin dungeon is super lame, feels very shoehorned in to promote the new forme, and the seven treasures dungeons are massive nothingburgers. aegis cave still the worst dungeon of the first two games by far, surprised it wasn't improved

special episodes 1-4 are kinda just there, 4 was pretty bad and unfair while 2 was a nice little backstory with alright gameplay

special episode 5 is absolute peak and carries the game to a higher level than time/darkness
