faster and more colorful than the first kof ngp game. While the first one was a portable conversion of kof 97 this is a portable kof 98. only real problem is the roster is kinda lackin comparative to its big brother, but what can ya expect from a conversion of one of the biggest kof rosters at the time.
the ai spams dp so hard that you can just backdash burning knuckle the entire arcade mode. the sprites are cute though [:
man i really love the KoF series. this one has some of my favorite win screens and quotes in the entire franchise. just like the others, it's super easy to learn, plays surprisingly smoothly, and has cute character designs for (most of) your favorite characters. nothing to complain about here.
