An expansion for The Sims
The Sims: Hot Date is the third expansion pack for The Sims, representing an entirely new experience for your Sims - dating! With exciting new characters, interests, romance objects, and an all-new downtown area filled with restaurants, shops, and parks, you will get your Sims off the couch and into the singles scene. Play matchmaker for your Sims and watch them become lovers or liars! It also introduces community lots to the series, making it the first instance where players are able to play their Sims on lots other than the Sim's home lot.

Accompanying my Sims on dates? Hell yes! (My parents had no idea how raunchy this was.)
The Sims: Hot Date works, in my opinion, as another expansion on-top of house party. Allowing your main sim to engage in more personal feeling social interaction in comparison to house party feeling slightly odd, that random people would simply show up out of the blue and just have fun(I do like this though, very funky). Overall Hot Date is great at expanding the story of whoever you play as, fleshing out their life with dates, and more in-depth relationships.

sadly i wasn't allowed to have this one as a kid. i had a brief opportunity to play it as a grown-up but not enough to rate it. one day i'll get a virus-free complete collection of the sims that actually works on modern OS
