There was one level in particular that was very scary, the rest of the game was pretty average in my opinion.

Played this as a kid, my playthrough was uneventful, it wasn't scary, and I think the game was broken because I rarely encountered the enemy at all. It kinda sucked.

Replayed this one! It was the best Slender game to come out (probably, don't quote me on this) and it sure was short! But fun.
Kind of lame, but I guess it wasn't that bad considering its humble origins.

This game was wild. I can't say I loved it but it was that special kind of "this is bad, but this is fun bad." Would I ever play it again? Not in a million years. An improvement from the eight pages but thats not really an achievement. The story sucks but the gameplay is slender enough. Missing the $20 mod though.
in all seriousness though, its a very shallow story that doesn't pull me at all. the new gimmicks are just that, gimmicks. It was scary as a kid. They tried to add some lore but at the end of the day its a somethingawful short story. That's all it ever will be.

I weirdly like this honestly.
The ending's kinda weak and the gameplay is definitely just More Slender but it's got an evocative atmosphere that makes the tedious evasion more tolerable.
I definitely would have liked it less if I didn't clear the quarry on my first go though.

An alright horror game, albeit very short.
this game was alright.
The fact that the developers came back after 10 years to port the ENTIRE game from Unity to Unreal in a FREE UPDATE, and added a new level, and a level editor, is incredible. Just for that I give it a great rating.
