Joguei bem sem vontade, sendo sincero. A sequência parece melhor.

A estética é legalzinha e a gameplay aceitável por ser muito curto.

Please bring back killing the final boss by pressing a button in a cutscene...... game itself is mindless at its worst but average at its best, the presentation and cutscenes are where it shines but a lot of the moment to moment gameplay leaves a lot to be desired. It took me just under 90 minutes to beat so I can't be that upset.

Pretty Damn Good game you can beat in two hours where you just need to press like three buttons. Unironically the best game in the series.

Terrible game, a shame it uses Nightow's art. The nap I took during this game was killer tho.

This game just oozes style.

this is what happens when someone at red entertainment looks at their copy of john woo's the killer, then their series set for cowboy bebop, and goes 'holy fucking shit'

I really enjoyed this game super fun short and sweet give it a go

Square button destorys both enemies and enviorenments designed by Nightow i couldnt ask for a better formula for an old game

Look, I'm just glad they cut Tsuneo Imahori a paycheck. I'd willingly play through the entire Souls series if he did the music instead of getting the OST out of a vending machine.

Go watch the anime instead
Unlike this game it is one of my favorites.

The fact that you move at such a slow, lumbering pace almost makes this feel like you're playing as Jason Voorhees but with guns and cool poses. It feels like the basic sketch of an idea, but I like the mood it sets and the visuals are really stylish for such an early PS2 game.

honestly the coolest game ever aesthetically

As far as action games go, Gungrave isn't the best. It holds its arcade roots to heart as it presents a short shooting gallery every level that adds up to a short 3 hour long playthrough. Gameplay mechanics don't evolve or expand and the story is meandering and shallow. However, its style, length and energetic gameplay make it a fun guilty pleasure to revisit.

Recomendo.

The absolute rawest game I've played recently. The very definition of kino. This game feels like i'm doing drugs, that's probably why the sequel is called Overdose. Dopamine packed, gunslinging, Nightow joyride. 9/10

Fun game with some minor issues like a mediocre camera system, some annoying boss fights, and the game overall being a little style over substance. Nice and short and can be played in one sitting, glad I played this

Loved the anime and the game it's based on was a damn good time. Kinda feels like an old arcade style shooter but on a console which is pretty cool and the music slaps to.

More games should be sub 2 hours

could NOT get past the first mission I was too bored of the nothingburger I had just experienced

very short game that i'd recommend playing just for the fun of it

The game is fine, I only played it because Gungrave (anime) is one of my favorites, and I rewatch it sometimes. It is short and doesn't flesh out the characters that much, so I would just recommend watching the anime instead.

The romantic ideal of a weekend rental in the PS2 era. The plot is light, the gameplay is questionable, and Beyond the Grave is hulkin' in a way only the PS2 could accommodate. It is not a good game, but it is a great game, because the vibes are simply that strong.

Fun game that knows what it wants to be and doesn't overstay its welcome with the runtime. You pretty much know what you're getting into as a stylistic fun shooter. Only complaint is that some bosses are mildly annoying to fight due to the movement of the character

we need more games like this. a very fined tuned ps2 action game with a simple but excellent gameplay loop
