Неиграбельное говно

They did Metal so dirty by making him run through bad versions of Ep. 1 levels. :(

THEY DID MY BOY METAL SO DIRTY

literally pointless. I remember growing up hyped for episode metal because metal sonic is one of my favorite sonic characters, but this was just 4 levels from Sonic 4 with metal sonic that plays the same as sonic, and means nothing. What a worthless game, at least it's free if you have episodes 1 and 2

the lesser the levels, the better

This exist just to show how Metal Sonic came into Sonic 4 episode 2 and that's it. Such a boring "extra" lol

Entiendo que simplemente es un contenido adicional para explicar detallitos y rejugar 4 niveles del primer episodio con una mayor dificultad, pero al menos una boss battle, no?

you play as metal sonic for one level of each of the 4 sonic 4 episode 1 worlds. the levels are mostly the same as to what I can discern and metal sonic plays exactly like regular sonic. Metal sonic is my favorite sonic character, but my lad deserves better than this ill tell u that much lmfao

They really hyped this shit up as the return of lock-on technology and then you just get to play Metal Sonic in Sonic 4 Episode 1's stages but the first level starts you sandwiched between 4 Slicers, get fucked kid.

I mean at least you can play as Metal Sonic he is cool I guess?

I think I blanked out at this point I have nothing to say.

This is only 4 levels and is somehow better than the entirety of episode 1

It's just Sonic 4 again except you play as Metal Sonic.

Literally just 4 levels. Each based a zone from episode 1 but you have a Metal Sonic skin on. I remember being excited for this when I first heard about it in 2012. It sucked then and it sucks now.

Literally the same as the first game but with one level per world. Overall, boring and lazy.

It was fine. Perfectly average, with some bs level design.

instant l for starting on worse metropolis

MORE? THANKS SEGA YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE

When they titled this one in the same fashion as Ep. I & Ep. II, I assumed it would be similar length. I'm both happy and sad it wasn't. I love Metal Sonic, but when the entire Episode is just playing through the worlds of Ep. I, it grinds my gears a bit. Still, a fun little playthrough and a decent explanation for Metal's reemergence after his defeat in Sonic CD (though the continuity confuses me for the story of Chaotix's final boss, but questions for later)

I'm a sucker for being able to play as the bad guy in video games, like Meta Knightmare and Dededetour in the Kirby series. The cool factor of being able to play as Metal Sonic wears off once you realize you're playing him in Sonic 4 Episode 1 levels, and he's functionally identical to Sonic. If you want to have fun playing as Metal Sonic, download a fan hack for a better game, or play SADX and SA2B.
