One of the worst Experience Inc. games.

Been playing Undernauts lately and it's made me think about just how deep my love for Demon Gaze runs. Experience has always had such a firm grasp on what makes dungeon crawlers work, and this is almost certainly my favorite game of theirs. One of their gentlest games (though it's still pretty tough), and an absolutely fantastic entry point to the genre for those who want something just a little more guided/structured than what games like Etrian Odyssey typically allow. I've never carried all that much of a torch for the Vita, but this was honestly a major part of why I can still look back on the system fondly. Love it, can't wait to grab Extra.

Not really my style but I plan to give it another shot sometime. Good music and artwork.

Clunky and awkward mechanisms while also overflowing with anime fetishistas. There's definitely some depth to this game but I'm not sticking around long enough for it to develop.

This game is a lot of fun! The combat isn't particularly complex, but there's enough going on that each class has a clear purpose and I didn't get bored. This game is very horny, but no more than most other Vita dungeon crawlers.

I've got a history of trying DRPGs and dropping them for various reasons, but I finally gave this a try after watching one of AboveUp's videos about Etrian Odyssey, and I'm so glad I gave the genre a fair shake again because I adore this game.

Not only is the very first DRPG I've ever beaten, but it's also the first RPG of any kind with a post-game that I've ever finished either (granted DG's post-game is rather short, but still!). Demon Gaze is pretty forgiving as far as DRPGs go though from what I understand, but hopefully going from this I can dive deeper into more DRPGs now.
