An incredibly fun game with friends but sadly the playerbase is near non existent, usually if you manage to find a game these days it's people with thousands of hours that will rinse you in seconds

Its a very fun game with very simple gameplay that makes you come back for more. the only real downside is that as a online only game it is at the mercy of needing a player base and since its basically dead this game is dead too. The rating I gave it is what I gave it during the peak. As of right now though I guess I would give it .5 or 1 since its literally dead.

You're Gonna Need a Bigger Boat

Solid asymmetric multiplayer game. Also has a lot of depth hahaha. You can get rolled over by one good diver or one good shark. Fantastic once you get into it. Have like 50 hours at time of writing this.

A specific game for a specific mood of specific play. It's good fun to pvp sharks vs humans, tense moments of setting up grabs or watching angles for an ambush. Also provides a fun stat graph afterwards, but still a pretty simple game

7,0/10
A good multiplayer shooter with a terrible design, few game modes, you get bored very quickly, skins are awful, but on the new year - a good atmosphere)

Very fun game that I sadly don't really want to play much.

It is a fun and spooky underwater game.

By the time I played this game, it had quite the player base, the games were nice and the teamwork was good. I haven't been playing it for a while, but I assume the game remains with the same fun.

Fun little diversion but nothing too special.

Depth was a innovative idea with a good atmosphere and graphics, but lacking content. It was tense, scary and (like many other games) fun to play with friends, but after a few hours, you experienced everything the game could offer and it gets repetitive quickly.

In Depth, you either play as a diver, who needs to escort a submersible to its destination, or a hungry shark from different species, who needs to eat the divers and stop them from reaching their goal. Divers win when they reach the destination, sharks win if the timer runs out and the goal has not been reached by the divers, or, when the divers run out of respawns. You choose a few maps to play on and that’s it. In the basis, there is nothing else to do in the game.

Depth introduced some kind of levelling system in which the sharks can “evolve” when scoring enough experience and kills. This however, was mediocre and was not implemented well, nor did the popularity of this game live long enough to see it utilized.

The graphics in the game are dark and a little rough. It is fine enough for the setting of this game and I did like the lighting (or better said, lack of), making the environment really unsettling. The animations of attacking sharks and other divers however, are mediocre at best.

The sound is a little blend. This is mainly because the game plays underwater, but even then, I would have liked some ambient swimming sounds of other animals except the sharks for example, keeping you paranoid at all times.

Although simple and not that special, Depth had its moments. The grim and unsettling ocean on the maps had its charms. When an enemy shark attacks you, they come out of nowhere sometimes, giving you the scare of your life. For me personally, seeing the open mouth of a shark, with rows and rows of teeth, right before your end, is one of my personal nightmares. So for me at least, the horror and scare factor of this game was some intense sh!t.

But even I got used to it after a few matches and, like many others complained about, it gets really boring and repetitive, really fast.

In the end, I did not think Depth was too bad, it is just a shame that this concept did not utilize more of its capabilities. It is standard, empty and lacks content. Fun for a LAN Party or a night with some buddies, but other than that, I almost forgot that this game even exists.

Would recommend it for “a game night of fun” though, although I doubt, it will be played.

ganhei 400 reais obrigado.

Played briefly with a friend. Had a good time but I wouldn't play this much on my own really.

eu até jogaria, mas o jogo tá morto

mate tubarao ou seja o tubarao divertido igual

esperava ter ficado mais tempo com voce amigo

I want this game to be good, but it really isn't. You either play as a Diver or the Shark. You want to be the shark because that is the fun one, but the diver is more horror. I can't describe why, but the game isn't that fun

I've probably had way too much fun with such a simple concept.
