I'm not a huge fan of racing games, but I got into Formula 1 some time ago and had to try this game. And I really liked F1 2021 a lot. The gameplay is great and it really feels like, the cars behave like they would on the real tracks.

The story mode is just an extra, but it's not really worth to mention it. There are also a lot of microtransactions, but I haven't bothered much to even take a look at those.

Great immersive F1 sim with arcady elements. Decent on controller but great on a sim setup especially with a proper f1 wheel

By far the best iteration yet again, even with the handling shenanigans.

F1 has never felt this good. This is an incredible racing game that I would highly recommend to any fans of the genre. I worry that EA will ruin this series over time as they have so many others, but for now this is still a finely tuned machine.

It's a decent racing game and the game is currently best Codemasters have released

F1 2021 is an F1 game. It’s fun. It handles well, and sounds okay. My Team’s pretty good and kept me engaged for a very long time, car development is surprisingly fun. Braking Point? I beat that thing Day 1. It didn’t offer that much, and there wasn’t any kind of reward for doing something like winning from P18 on the grid.

I hope this marks the start of a better game now that EA's bought Codemasters. But the fundamentals are down well, meaning driving 50% races doesn’t get as boring as you’d think, especially if you have fun with strategy. Sometimes when I have time to kill I'll just hop on, do a last to first for fun.

Didn't expect to be completely addicted to this.
I didn't know anything about F1 and after playing this now I watch the races every week lol

Wahew, they finally took my advice on speeding up the practice stuff...just as I started not totally hating the practice stuff. The addition of 120hz mode shouldn't feel like such a gamechanger when I could do the same on PC but like, it still brings a tear to a glass eye. Story mode's kinda dogshit but the career modes are still just as stellar as in the past.

melhor que ainda que o F1 2020

pior que o 20 melhor que o 19

solid game if you can actually get in-game because of the horrible fucking optimization
forced dx12 my ass

Through sheer iteration, F1 is better than it's ever been in video game form - a shame then that the much vaunted and marketed story mode is complete and utter tosh.

I don't fault the game for having a set story it wants to tell, but it constantly allows you to break the believability of what you're being told by what it lets you do on track. It would also help if the story itself was interesting or believable in any capacity - if you have anything more than a surface level understanding of the sport it just seems ridiculous at points.

But it's still one of the best racing games out there and great fun in the usual career or multiplayer modes, and one that's surprisingly easy for newcomers to get into despite how complicated the sport can be.

I think its a very good improvement over 2020. can't speak to online because I don't play it, but the single player experience feels fully fleshed out. the story mode is fine, i guess, but the combination of the full career mode with the full my team mode makes it a game that lets you live out your f1 fantasies pretty damn well. I wish it were more easily moddable to extend the universe within the game, and it could certainly use a livery editor. But overall, the racing is very good and when things go wrong, it almost always makes sense why they did. I also wish the wheel felt better, but all in all, I think its a game that can give players from a wide range of skill levels (via its highly configurable difficulty and assists) an enjoyable challenge that makes you feel like a subject of a drive to survive episode
