The art style of this game has to have been inspired by that clip art drawing of a bulldog that every high school uses for their sports team.

Very charming, Straw.....my beloved......

It's easy to think it only works because of its meme status, but it's a legit fun beat em up with insane graphics.

Um belo jogo, visuais bonitissimos e engraçados. Destaque para os cachorrinhos mafiosos e o chefão deles, aquilo foi peak design. Não posso deixar de fora o boss jacaré que vira uma BOLSA ao ser derrotado.

It's a credit-feeder for sure but the gamefeel is rock-solid and the levels never get repetitive - something new and clever in every scene. Definitely one of the better bash-um-mash-ums.

Shohei Ohtani probably trained playing this...

This was a lot of fun and a surprising find. Played it at Galloping Ghost arcade in Chicago with Amie. We started it because the name is just weird but it turned out to be a fun TMNT beat em up style game. We ended up beating it (with a ton of continues). I liked the animations and character styles and it was a constant guessing game of what they were going to throw at you next. The gameplay is slightly more complex than a lot in the genre. You can do different moves if you hold the attack button longer for example. Each of the 4 characters feel unique enough and almost map to a Turtles character with one having a long bat (a Donatello type) one having 2 small bats (a Raphael type) etc. Honestly, lots of fun and more people should check it out.

A fun, if not somewhat deceptively simplistic beat 'em up that ultimately loses steam about 2/3rds of the way through for me. I can make it as far as Florida without continues, but after that, the challenge mostly turns to just having tons of enemies thrown at you all at once. Thankfully, its charming visuals, inspired levels, and (mostly) fun bosses make this worth trying at least once.

Perhaps one of the most bonkers concept combos to be made into a beat-em up, and all taken seriously. Very simplistic 2 button arcade game, but it gets the job done. Wonderful art in this one that is reminiscent of Mega Man designs around this point in history.

And the final boss pilots a robotic Babe Ruth statue. Hard not to appreciate!

Entertaining but chaotic as arcade games can be.. - and that’s saying something!
A little overbearing with the baseball theme also..

A robot playin’ baseball?!? Now I done seen everything!!!

CBT but the B stands for Baseball.

This game is awesome. One of most creative, charismatic and fun traditional beat'em'ups. Many unique enemys with different moveset, not just a stronger recolor, 4 characters with really different playstyles, and a great gamefeel, besides the GORGEROUS pixel art, one of most beautiful games from Arcade. Highly recommended, go play!

Typed "SEX" for my leaderboard initials and it got changed to "PEE"

Extremely good. Quick combat that centers grappling to a large degree, insane character designs that leave the player's jaw on the floor for the entire run-time, and music that's somewhere between club hits and a mental breakdown. And it wins BIG points for being, not just weird for weirdness' sake, but a devoted adherent to abstract video game logic. It shocks, but doesn't ever feel like it's reaching to shock. Extremely good time.

There must have been a lot and i mean a lot of coke when coming up with this game. I feel like the designers just tried to one up themselves with every enemey design being crazier than the last. There are times when playing this I didn't even know what I was fighting anymore. Obviously the allure to this game is it's kooky and crazy design and seeing what wacky thing is next but like all arcade beat um ups it's still a quater muncher but I could see the idea of making some wacky game in hopes maybe people will put some quaters into it, so they could see what's next.

Came for the title (as famed by AVGN), stayed for the cute cool game

Probably one of my favorite beat-em ups I've ever played. The concept, characters and enemies are some of the most unique I've seen. It's all baseball related. And when its not it has sentient everyday objects fighting you with very cartoony animations and expressive gameplay. The combat is fun between the 4 characters and the enemy designs are to die for. The music is catchy as well. It was a blast and It's very reminiscent of stuff like TMNT and Final Fight. I want more out of left field (heh) and unique games like this today. Extremely charming beat-em up.

There is a sound effect in this game that sounds like somebody screaming COCKSUCKA.

So when do they start playing baseball?

yeah i played this because of the name. fun lil arcade beat em up. wish i knew how to do the special moves but the game doesn't teach you anything because its an arcade game. Wacky setpieces and konami-esque gameplay keep the game from getting stale. It is sad that this hasn't gotten rereleased because it's a fun and colorful game, though I can think of a certain similarly-named superhero that might be preventing any chance of that rerelease happening.

There's no way he's all three of those things

Hey this rules, forget your turtles in time or yer X-Men, this should be the arcade beat em up people want remastered

Radical beat 'em up with excellent visuals and a very fun premise. All it takes is one look at the cover to know you're in for a good time with this one. Hits are satisfying, stages look great, and both protagonist and enemy designs are creative. Unfortunately it had quite a few emulation issues which covered up most of the cutscenes and resulted in some visual issues on the stages.
